Within the project OPEN MIND, there is a Capacity Building Program for NGOs which participate in the project implementation.

As it was announced before, Caritas BN organized a training on "Preparation of project proposals in line with EU standards - PCM LFA" on 27th and 28th of November in Bar at the Caritas center (for participants from Bar and Kotor), and 29th and 30th of November in PR center in Podgorica (for participants from Niksic and Podgorica). NGO representatives who participated in the training had the opportunity to learn the basics of project proposal writing, and, through active participation and concrete tasks in groups, to work on their own ideas.
Analysis of the problems, suggestions for solutions and logical framework of activities are just some of the things that were addressed at the two-day training.
