As part of the project activities in all four municipalities in which the project is being implemented (Bar, Podgorica, Kotor and Niksic) was formed a working group to deal with the design of local policies in the field of mental health.

On Friday, 14/06/2013, at Caritas Center, was held the first meeting of the Working Group in Bar which was attended by representatives of: Caritas BN, Caritas Italy, NGO Adria, NGO Association of Parents of Children with Special Needs, NGO Association of Nurses, Association of Paraplegics, Municipality of Bar, the Centre for Social Work and the Red Cross.

At the meeting of the working team, the participants talked about the major problems of people with mental disabilities as well as about a possible way to try to solve these problems. The participants exchanged their experiences in order to develop a common strategy for improving the work in this area.
