On Monday 08/07/2013 was held the second meeting of the Working Group in the project OPEN MIND in Bar.

Before the work of the local time, Dr Paolo Serra, a special guest from Italy, had a presentation about models and practices implemented in the field of mental health in his country. Dr Serra is an international consultant on this project who will come from time to time during the project to give his opinion and share his vast experience.

Working Group meeting was attended by representatives of: Caritas BN, Caritas Italy, NGO Adria, NGO Association of Parents of Children with Special Needs, NGO Association of Nurses, Association of Paraplegics, Municipality of Bar, the Centre for Social Work and the Red Cross.
