09.07.2013. Members of the local working group from Podgorica (project OPEN MIND) held its first meeting. Guest at the meeting was a psychiatrist from Italy, Prof. Dr Paolo Serra, who shared his experience with members of the work team. He talked about his career, models that Italy adopted in the field of mental health, and about particular cases and examples from long career..

The first meeting was attended by representatives of: Caritas BN, Caritas Italy, the Local Democracy Agency Niksic, ADP Zid, NGO Association of Youth with Disabilities, the Mental Health Center Podgorica, PI Komanski most, Employment Agency, RC 1 June, the Capital city, the Secretariat for Social Welfare and Women's Safe House.

As a main topic of the meeting, the participants discussed about the lack of connection and cooperation between Health and Social sectors, and the difficulties caused by this fact.
